1. Cancellations & Refunds

1.1 Eligibility Window

You may request an order cancellation within 90 days of placing your order, provided:
  • The request is received before manufacturing begins.
  • All applicable fees (below) are deducted.
After 90 days, cancellations are not permitted, but we will assist with order completion.

1.2 Refund Process

  • Partial refunds (minus fees) are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Funds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • No alternate payment methods accepted.

1.4 Dental Impression Return Policy

You must send back your dental impressions within 90 days after receiving your dental impression kit. Failure to return impressions within this timeframe will result in a $50 fee.

1.5 Contact Information Requirement

When placing your order, you must provide active and reachable contact information (email and phone number). If we must contact you regarding your case (e.g., manufacturing issues), you must respond within 30 days of our outreach (via phone, text, and email). Failure to respond will require you to purchase an additional impression kit on our website to proceed with your order.

1.6 Shipping Schedule for Kits

  • Business Hours (Monā€“Fri, ā‰¤5PM EST): Shipped within 30 minutes.
  • After Hours/Weekends: Processed next business day.

2. Custom Appliances

2.1 Non-Refundable Policy

All appliances are custom-made to your impressions. No refunds are permitted once manufacturing beginsĀ².

2.2 Chargeback Prohibition

By ordering, you:
  • Agree not to file chargebacks.
  • Authorize us to reverse disputes and pursue penalties ($250 + original amount)Ā³.

3. Gift Cards & Accessories

3.1 Gift Cards

  • Digital only; non-refundable.
  • No expiration; valid for all products.

3.2 Accessories

  • All sales final (no exceptions).

4. Rush Services

  • Expedited manufacturing/shipping fees are non-refundable, even for carrier delays.

5. Legal Provisions

You consent to our use of:

  • IP logs
