WARRANTY, REMAKE, AND RETURN POLICY

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for selecting Smile Boutique NY! 
We're thrilled for you to embark on this journey with your new order, and we're here to assist you at every stage. 
Throughout your experience, please consult our Terms and Conditions outlining your rights and responsibilities when using our website and services. 
As a new customer ordering your first product, you will receive an at-home impression kit. Please return your impressions within 45 days. 
Alternatively, you can opt for a digital impression scan at our office, located at 2067 McDonald Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11223. 
If undergoing dental treatment, wait at least seven days post your last dental visit before making impressions. 

Upon receiving your impressions, our designers will review them to ensure accuracy. If the impressions fall short, we will dispatch another kit with additional guidance. Please note that we only provide one extra impression kit free of charge. If you need more than one extra kit, you will be charged $50 per each additional impression kit.

Once your order arrives, a 30-day warranty allows you time to assess and ensure your satisfaction ("Warranty Period").

MAKING IMPRESSION TEETH MOLDS

Should you need assistance making your impression teeth molds, feel free to reach out. We're also available for a video call (Zoom, Facetime, or others) with one of our impression specialists to guide you through the process.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request an order cancellation within 45 days of placing your order by clicking here
Complete the cancellation request form within this window to be eligible. After 45 days, cancellations are not possible, but we're happy to assist in proceeding with your order. If eligible for a refund, upon receiving your completed cancellation request, a partial refund (excluding processing fees) will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that we cannot issue a refund to an alternate payment method. Orders become ineligible for cancellation once impressions are returned and approved. Subsequent cancellations are subject to the return policy outlined below.

DIGITAL IMPRESSION APPOINTMENTS

For in-person digital impression scan appointments, schedule within 30 days of placing your order by clicking here. Full refunds are applicable for cancellations within 30 days; a $30 processing fee applies for cancellations after this period. Rescheduling requires a 24-hour notice. No-shows incur a $50 fee.

VIDEO IMPRESSION APPOINTMENTS

To reschedule a video impression appointment, click here at least 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows result in a $50 fee.

REMAKES

We aim for your satisfaction with your new smile, offering the option to remake your product within 30 days of delivery, up to two times. 
Remakes are not available if teeth have been altered post-impression or due to uncontrollable events like loss, pet damage, or theft. 
For financed orders, your payment plan must be in good standing for a remake. 
Defaulted plans require resolution within the 30-day warranty period. To initiate a remake, click here. A completed request form is necessary within your 30-day warranty period. You'll have 30 days to return the original product using a provided prepaid label. Failure to return within 30 days renders you ineligible for a remake. A remake and return cannot be processed simultaneously. Once a return is processed, no further remakes are available.

SECOND REMAKES

After one remake, a second remake option is available. A completed request form, along with the original product, is necessary within your 30-day warranty period. If the first remake product isn't returned within 30 days, you are ineligible for a second remake. Proceeding with a second remake renders your product ineligible for additional remakes or a partial refund.

COLOR CHANGE

If satisfied but desiring another color or appliance, order at a discounted price using PROMO CODE: DUPLICATE30 for NightGuards and Retainers, and DUPLICATE for the rest appliances. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

ADD ARCH

To order an appliance for the opposite arch, email Info@smileboutiqueny.com for guidance.

RUSH PROCESSING

Standard production time is around 1 week. Upgrade to 1-2 days production time is available for a non-refundable fee. To upgrade your production time, email Info@smileboutiqueny.com for guidance. Rush processing applies per order and doesn't extend to future orders or remakes. 
For rush processing on subsequent orders, purchase it individually. 
 
Overnight shipping for the continental US is available for a non-refundable fee; contact Info@smileboutiqueny.com to update your shipping speed.

RETURN

For a return within 30 days of delivery, initiate a request by clicking here. A completed form within your 30-day warranty period is necessary. Returns are applicable for your first order and first remake. Once initiated, you have 30 days (from the date of delivery) to return the product using a provided prepaid label. All appliances must be returned in their original condition, free from any damage such as dirt, breakage, pet chewing, or other signs of wear.
Failure to return within 30 days renders you ineligible for a return, and no partial refund will be issued. Returning both the original and the remake veneers is necessary for a partial refund if applicable. Once a return is processed, no further remakes are available. Upon receiving your returned appliance, a partial refund (excluding processing fees) will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds cannot be issued to an alternate payment method.

NIGHT GUARDS, AFTER-BRACES RETAINERS, AND ESSIX

For night guards, retainers, or Essix, if dissatisfied, the following options are available: 
Canceling: Falls under the general cancellation policy, with a new impression done. 
Remake: One remake allowed within 30 days of delivery. 
Return: See deductions section for processing fees associated with returns.
