Warranty Policy

Free Warranty (Included with Purchase)
All custom-made appliances from Smile Boutique NY include a 30-day manufacture warranty, covering the following:

Adjustments and Remakes: If your appliance does not fit perfectly, we offer free adjustments or remakes within 30 days of receipt. Returned appliances must be in their original condition, clean, and not altered by the customer or third parties.
Manufacturing Defects: If you believe your appliance has a manufacturing defect, submit a warranty claim within 30 days of receipt for evaluation.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
Loss or theft of the appliance.
Accidental damage, improper use, or negligence.
Changes in dental structure after appliance crafting.
Incorrect appliance color selected by the customer.

How to Claim Your Warranty
To file a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs or the return of the appliance may be required for assessment, or email us with your details at info@smileboutiqueny.com, and we will return your email during our business hours.

Refund Policy

At Smile Boutique NY, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality custom dental appliances and excellent customer service. Please carefully review our policies to ensure you understand our terms regarding returns, refunds, and warranties.

Custom Appliance Policy
All custom appliances are made specifically to the impressions we receive from our customers due to the personalized nature of these products.

Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 7 days of purchase and before the manufacturing process begins. A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Refundable Custom Appliances: Once the manufacturing process starts, your order is automatically non-refundable.

Impression Kit Fees:
If a refund is requested after the impression kit has been sent, the cost of the kit ($50) will be deducted from your refund in addition to the cancellation fee of $25.
Impression kits, whether used or unused, are not eligible for return or refund due to uncontrollable health-related concerns. We appreciate your understanding.
For any additional impression kits sent to customers, a fee of $40 per kit will apply.

Payment plans Fees:
Payment plans at checkout incur a $25 fee in addition to your cancellation fees.

Timely Submission of Impressions:
To maintain an efficient workflow and deliver your custom dental appliance on time, we request that you send your completed impressions back within 45 days of receiving your kit.
Please note:
Impressions returned after 45 days will be subject to a $50 late fee.

This policy ensures we can maintain our production schedule and provide the best service to all our customers.

To keep our prices as low as possible, your order includes only one impression kit. If you send us impressions without our feedback, and eventually it’s not approved by our specialist, your next kit will be charged at $40 if you are willing to proceed with your appliance.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact Smile Boutique NY immediately if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Gift Cards
Smile Boutique NY Gift Cards are presented in digital form only. Smile Boutique NY Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced. Gift cards do not expire and may be used toward any product offered by Smile Boutique NY, including partial dentures, retainers, and nightguards.


Rush Services
Rush manufacturing and rush shipping are available for expedited service but are non-refundable if the carrier delays delivery.

Accessories
All Smile Boutique NY accessories are non-refundable with no exceptions.
