Fit support after delivery
Request each free fit adjustment or remake within 60 days of delivery. Work requested within the 60-day period may be completed afterward; additional adjustment or remake requests after day 60 are not covered for free. Necessary fresh kits and both shipping directions for covered work are included.

Choose Soft, Hybrid or Muscle Relaxer, then select Top or Bottom. This product offers individual one-arch appliances; there is no Both-arches option in this selector.

Request each free fit adjustment or remake within 60 days of delivery. Work requested within the 60-day period may be completed afterward; additional adjustment or remake requests after day 60 are not covered for free. To cancel, contact us within 150 days of your order and before manufacturing begins. There is no cancellation fee. A $50 kit deduction applies only after the kit ships, even if unused. After production, covered fit and defect remedies apply. Read the Refund Policy for full terms, including rush services.
