We make your partial
Standard production takes 6–7 BUSINESS DAYS after your physical impressions are both received and approved. Impression-taking and shipping time are separate.
Fit support after delivery
Request each free fit adjustment or remake within 60 days of delivery. Work requested within the 60-day period may be completed afterward; additional adjustment or remake requests after day 60 are not covered for free. Necessary fresh kits, return shipping and reshipment for covered work are included. See coverage and exclusions.

Before taking impressions
Do not attempt to take impressions if you currently have:
- Bleeding gums
- Gum disease
- Loose teeth, fillings, or crowns
- Severely decayed or broken teeth
- Heavy tartar/calculus buildup
- Poor oral hygiene (e.g., unbrushed teeth after meals)

What is included in my selection?
Top or Bottom is one appliance for your selected arch. Both Arches includes a top and a bottom appliance. Your order includes a home impression kit, a branded case and cleaning foam.
The price in the selector is the current total for the chosen configuration. Payment options are subject to provider terms and eligibility.
When does production begin?
Standard production takes 6–7 BUSINESS DAYS after we have both received and approved your physical impressions. Time to take your impressions and shipping time are separate.
What if the fit needs adjusting?
Request each free fit adjustment or remake within 60 days of delivery. Work requested within the 60-day period may be completed afterward; additional adjustment or remake requests after day 60 are not covered for free. Necessary fresh kits, return shipping and reshipment for covered work are included. See coverage and exclusions.
What should I know about refunds?
To cancel, contact us within 150 days of your order and before manufacturing begins. There is no cancellation fee. A $50 kit deduction applies only after the kit ships, even if unused. After production, covered fit and defect remedies apply. Read the Refund Policy for full terms, including rush services.
