Choose your appliance and arch. We send your home impression kit; standard kit delivery is 2–3 business days.

2. Take and return your impressions
Follow the kit instructions and video guide. Our team can help by video, phone or text. Return your impressions using the prepaid label.

3. Production and shipping
Production takes 6–7 BUSINESS DAYS after we have received and approved your physical impressions. Shipping time is additional.

Rush production and rush shipping are separate services available in the cart. Review the applicable options before ordering.

The ordering process is completed from home; no dentist visit is required.

Free fit support: 60 days

  • Request each free fit adjustment or remake within 60 days of delivery. Work requested within the 60-day period may be completed afterward; additional adjustment or remake requests after day 60 are not covered for free. Necessary fresh kits, return shipping and reshipment for covered work are included. See coverage and exclusions.
Completing requested work after day 60 does not extend free coverage for further requests.

To cancel, contact us within 150 days of your order and before manufacturing begins. There is no cancellation fee. A $50 kit deduction applies only after the kit ships, even if unused. After production, covered fit and defect remedies apply. Read the Refund Policy for full terms, including rush services.

You have not had a tooth extraction or gum surgery within the past month
